I bought Moto E2 in in June, 2015.
One day it suddenly stopped working. So I submitted it at the service station. They kept it for a month and then suddenly they said that “It is irreparable as some part is burnt because You (me) had connected a duplicate charger.” I wonder how did he find the burning after a month and I always use the original charger. He is not ready to listen.
So I am planning to lodge a complaint in the consumer court against Motorola for harassment and device replacement.
