I have recharged my airtel No.-7759811651 by Internet Pack Rs.149/- on 23/08/2014(Saturday) , and it’s validity was for 28 days worth 512 MB 3G connection(Using In Doongle).
Same day i used internet for 1/2 hour….accessed Matrimony, Facebook and google search.
On 24th and 25th internet was used for 1 or 2 hour for accessing SBI,IRCTC, Facebook, Matrimony, Google search or some educational sites.
On 26th..in morning when i am tryinh to access IRCTC site..i was unable to connect. when i have checked my account for see whether it’s data is available or not…data is showing as 0 MB.
How it is possible that within 3 days if i use internet for 1 or 2 hours..all 512 MB would exhaust…
This is Airtel’s new policy to make money by cheating others.
When i contacted to customers care.. they asked you have used all ur data…which is not true…u can check that which sites i have accessed…and how all my data got exhausted…..
this is 3rd time when i am facing this problem…and after again and again…i feel that airtel is provding service on cheat base….
Bahut aasani se kisi ke v balance kat lo…kaun itni enquiry karega…aisa airtel ke employee sochte hai….jyada se jyada customer care ko call karega..usse ek hi reply denge….aapne use kiya…sare maha badtamiz ho gaye…kewal loot maccha rakhi hai..
Ab meri ek request hai..ki mere no. ki Internet Pack ke data ko recredit ho jaye…aakhir mai kitni baar apne paise barbad karu….Koi v Information dene ke liye Please Mere Mobile No.-9955634481 pe contact kare…
